The New World Order will establish its 'religious' head quarters where the Dome of the Rock is now. In order to be able to do that the current facilities have to be removed. Hewbrew, Islam and Christian faith will oppose such, because each claims it to be a sacred place for various reasons.

So...

... in order to erect its new Temple the New World Order will have to let the existing site been torn down by a power that is most difficult to fight for all existing religions.

So...

... prepare for an ELF earthquake... Either way, the current landmark will crumble.
